The constant investment in technology allows us to supply the customer with all types of packaging. We have a wide range of packaging models and our machinery allows us to make high quality prints on the cardboard .

This makes us one of the most automated companies in Catalonia, as we are constantly renewing ourselves.

At Cartonajes Vallés we take care of the whole process of transformation of the corrugated cardboard that arrives at our plant. We have eight manufacturing lines equipped with the latest generation technology, where we shape the raw material and apply the printing techniques. Although it is a mechanical process, the presence of human capital on each of these lines allows for exhaustive control of the packaging production process.

Once the transformation of the meat is finished, the evacuation transfers transfer the packaging to the packing and dispatch area, where all the material is strapped, shrink-wrapped and palletized, ready to be delivered to the customer.
